What happens after you buy
Registration
We register the car with the DGT and fit your plates, so it arrives ready to drive. You will need: B1 licence (from age 16) or a B car licence.
CoC (Certificate of Conformity) A document from the manufacturer confirming the car matches its EU-approved design. It is needed to register the car in Spain, and we supply it with every car. · VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) A unique 17-character code stamped on the car – like a fingerprint. It appears on the registration papers and identifies the car for insurance and servicing. · EU type approval Official confirmation that a vehicle model meets EU safety and environmental rules. Only type-approved cars can be registered and driven legally on Spanish roads.

Which licence do I need?
A B1 licence (from age 16) or a normal B car licence.
Can I drive it from Palma to the north of the island?
Yes. With up to 150 km of range and a top speed of 80 km/h, trips across the island are easy.
Does air conditioning reduce the range?
A little – typically by 10 to 15 percent on a hot day. Our range figures are for mixed island driving.
How long does the battery last?
LiFePO4 batteries are rated for thousands of charges, and the Terra’s battery is covered by an 8-year warranty.
